DOG HOTEL

Descripción

Hotel dogs are accepted from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pick-up is also available between those hours. No puppies will be delivered on Sundays. We have 24-hour surveillance cameras. We have a play area where the dogs take turns so they can relax. We do not mix dogs; they are all in their own cages. We have purified water running in the living room, which we use for drinking (we do not use tap water).

SIZE
When choosing your pet’s size, please be sure to choose the correct size. If your dog is a little larger, the difference will be charged to your package.

If your dog is a little larger (babies), the full package may still be charged due to the dog’s behavior, and we may request another groomer to help.

If your dog is older, we often struggle a bit because they don’t handle themselves well anymore, so we ask for extra help. A full package is charged.
Our salon emphasizes the issue of fleas. If your pet has fleas, there will be an extra charge of $5-$10.

At our pet grooming salon, the well-being of every dog is our top priority. That’s why we provide both purified and alkaline water, always available during their stay at our hotel service, so they can stay hydrated with the highest quality water.

This extra care not only ensures safe hydration but also reflects our commitment to the health, comfort, and peace of mind of every pet we look after.

Se aceptan perros de 9:00 AM a 2:00 PM. La recogida también está disponible en ese horario.
No se entregan cachorros los domingos.
Contamos con cámaras de vigilancia las 24 horas.
Tenemos un área de juegos donde los perros toman turnos para que puedan relajarse.
No mezclamos perros; cada uno está en su propia jaula.

TAMAÑO
Al elegir el tamaño de tu mascota, asegúrate de seleccionar el tamaño correcto.
Si tu perro es un poco más grande, la diferencia se cobrará en tu paquete.

Si tu perro es un poco más grande (cachorros), aún se puede cobrar el paquete completo debido al comportamiento del perro, y es posible que solicitemos la ayuda de otro estilista.

Si tu perro es mayor, a menudo nos cuesta un poco porque ya no se manejan bien, por lo que pedimos ayuda adicional. En este caso, se cobra el paquete completo.

En nuestro salón ponemos énfasis en el tema de las pulgas.
Si tu mascota tiene pulgas, habrá un cargo adicional de $5 a $10.

En nuestra estética canina, el bienestar de cada perrito es nuestra máxima prioridad.
Por eso ofrecemos agua purificada y agua alcalina, siempre disponibles durante su estancia en nuestro servicio de hotel, para que se mantengan hidratados con la mejor calidad de agua.
